Any person in need of legal assistance but with no means to access private lawyers, can apply for legal aid. We provide legal aid for criminal or civil cases and this is upon completing an application form for legal aid. Application forms can be downloaded from our website or obtained from all our regional and district offices. Our officers are always available to help you complete the forms
We have a primary statutory mandate to provide legal aid services to the indigent and vulnerable people in need of legal services.
