Following up the Declaration of Death Sentence As Being Unconstitutional

The Supreme Court ordered for the resentencing of the inmates who were given the mandatory death penalty. 4 lawyers from Legal Aid Bureau in collaboration with Reprieve have been tasked to ensure that this is done. The task force met the past two days to strategize on how they will carry out the resentencing and bail applications for the said inmates

The meeting was held physically and virtually for those other members from Reprieve who could not make it to the meeting
